You might find it easier to create a free account with Google Cloud, AWS or Azure. I believe you could get 2 VMs while staying in their free tier.

I will start creating blog about open source community
How will this testing advance cloud native computing (specifically containerization, orchestration, microservices or some combination). This testing will helpful to integrate 2 different OS .
