Briefly describe the project : LLVM is a complete tool chain from C/C++ frontend (clang), optimizer (opt), multiple targets backend (LLC), assembler (llvm-mc) , linker (lld) and debugger (lldb), alongside it offers other flows for profile guided optimization , link time optimization , IR interpreter (lli) and just in time compilation.

How will this testing advance cloud native computing (specifically containerization, orchestration, microservices or some combination).
Main usage is for build and running performance regression (lnt), these activities are compute intensive.
