Since our list of reports is growing, come up with a more scalable listing by using a faceted search.
Could have a free text search box, report type drop-down filter, and then just list the reports in reverse chronological order calling out the years, similar to past events on the events site.
List PDFs on their own landing pages so that traffic can be tracked to them. Could model the design of the page after this.
