Fix alignment and styling issues with Block Editor

When launching the new CNCF we prioritised issues with the frontend over the backend editing experience. We now need to spend some time on the editor experience. An immediate issue is giving editors better visibility of the layout so blog posts can be posted easily.

• [x] Fix alignment (suggest full width align to left as Gutenberg does not handle max-width properly)
• [x] Copy across / activate some styles so visible changes happen in the editor
• [x] Refactor some blocks due to the div container changes coming in WordPress 6.0
