Improve HOCN infrastructure

As a first step, I have done the following:

• taken out the auto-insertion of social image in to the top of HOCN posts. Now you can set what image you want at the top by using the editor. Currently, I have inserted the social image manually for each post, however, you can easily replace them.
• added fields for Country, Project, and Headshot for each HOCN post. See screenshots below

Next steps:

• [x] fill out Country, Project, and provide a Headshot for each existing Human
• [x] Chris to write code to pull in humans with headshots into the homepage teamcloudnative section
• [x] Chris to add the filters to the humans list so that it can be filtered by Project and Country
• [ ] @Charley-Mann to provide social images, headshots, and metadata for each of the spotlight posts to be migrated
• [ ] Chris to move over old spotlights
• [ ] Chris to redirect /spotlights* to /humans-of-cloud-native/
• [ ] Chris to deploy the HOCN analytics dashboard to the analytics page once this is released and the numbers go up
