Add ability to share pages before they are published

Increasingly often I need to share a page for sign off before its published. Using our dev site for this works albeit quite clunky, but it still requires dev input to move from dev to live. This can cause unnecessary delays in a release process.

Ideal release scenario is:

• Work locally to develop new pages
• Push up to dev and publish the page for first round of review, make any changes
• Push to live, page is a draft, create share link for final sign off
• At this point, dev is no longer required to be involved, any team member can switch from draft to published

In an ideal word, the copy, Figma (which includes the copy), and the first round review on dev site (which is an exact copy of the Figma) would be enough (!) to check the content for issues and get sign off. But as that's not happening, we need some help to ease updates and sign off.

As we progress to more reports written in the Block Editor, there will also be a requirement to share unpublished posts on live with the content never touching the dev site.

At a previous time I am sure we had a preview URL generator, this could then be given to those who need to sign off a project without the page going live. Can we use it again or was there a downside to using it?

I don't recall us having a plugin which did this in the past though I'm sure I discussed it with Megan before for sharing Event sites in preview.

How about we try out the Public Post Preview plugin? I don't see any other contenders which come close to this.
