Dynamic chart showing projects accepted each year

Create a dynamic bar chart pulling data from landscape that shows the number of CNCF projects accepted in each calendar year.

yes but it would be nice if you hover over the bar chart and see the number of projects accepted that year via a tool tip!

Is 2022 missing on purpose?

Ok, refresh now to see the tooltips on hover.

Yes, I deliberately omitted the current year (2022). Since the year is incomplete, the bar would be misleading in showing the trend. One alternative could be to include it but make it a different color or partially transparent?

Ok! I've dropped it at the bottom of the Sandbox Projects page. Is there a different place you'd prefer it? Also @KTan1226 @Charley-Mann are welcome to move it around (it's just the [projects-accepted-chart] shortcode). Also note there is a bigger proposal to reorganize all project info on the site.
