Improve kubecon page #679

The Kubecon page gets quite a lot of traffic since it's linked from http://kubecon.io/ (20x more traffic than the Humans of Cloud Native page). We should upgrade its design and content to best show off Kubecon, perhaps grabbing some bits from existing Kubecon transparency reports. We should also possibly give it a place in the megamenu or link from the homepage.

I've updated the video to the Kubecon EU 2022 one. I've also asked Vanessa what content to feature here.

Vanessa has suggested the following content for the page:

Could we highlight the upcoming KubeCon and link to the event site? It's currently at the bottom. Perhaps highlight any CTA's - CFP, registrations, sponsorships.
Include the two most recent highlight videos
Link to the two most recent KubeCon post event reports
Include high level stats from the most recent KubeCon (# of attendees)
Update the quotes
