Establish regular updates for event promotion on cncf.io

Vanessa has suggested the following rules:

cncf.io/events should include all CNCF hosted events (KubeCons, co-los and stand alone events) which would also be listed on events.linuxfoundation.org. 3rd party events that CNCF is participating in + KCDs should also be listed.
On the cncf.io homepage, we should highlight upcoming CNCF hosted events with priority given to KubeCon. Given the number of CNCF co-los at KubeCon, I think there are too many to highlight these individually, maybe we could do a combined graphic?
