Ignore landscape projects in "wasm" and "serverless" categories

These are often duplicate projects that don't need importing twice.

Once the algorithm is updated we'll need to go in and manually delete all the projects that were imported previously and should not be there.

@caniszczyk these projects, currently listed on the CNCF site, belong in either the "Wasm" or "Serverless" categories and will no longer be imported and listed going forward. Can you confirm this is correct?
