Fix modal popups on Credits page

The modal popups at the bottom of the Cloud Native Credits page don't work.

I think I remember there being an option to turn off the modal in the shortcode, and this is what may be in place here; so perhaps its something like cursor:pointer being on the CSS which makes the people item look like its a link.
