Changes for Adobe End User Report

This PR adds some functionality to the PJR to make it reusable for EUJR too.

• Adds download PDF option to the header of the report
• Accommodates forced line returns in title
• Updates alignment of title and social
• New Quote with Image block available on reports post type

Note: The PJR template and patterns are still called PJR and not JR to accommodate both types of report. If we rename it we would have to manually re-apply the template to all posts and I don't see that as being needed right now, but let me know if we should do that.

I'm not sure what your "Updates alignment of title and social" did but the Share buttons at the top seem to have dropped down a few pixels that brings them now too low?

It aligns the social share with the bottom of a multi-line title, as required by the Adobe End User Journey Report design

I have added some additional spacing. I think it looks perfect, so if its a few pixels off the original then the original was wrong
