CNF Testbed needs

Ability to allocate new Packet hardware from CLI
Ability to allocate reserved Packet machines
Ability to deploy K8s to new Packet hardware via CLI
Ability to deploy K8s to manually provisioned hardware via CLI
Ability to reset and redeploy K8s to existing allocated machines via CLI
Documentation for doing all of the above
