[bug]Issue with contributions stat for Sig-Network #378

Contributions in sig-networks are not being updated properly sometimes very late or sometime lost. Following are sig-network repos:

I have also observed that few repo like ingress2gateway, kpng , gateway-api are not present in sql list for sig-network

If repos are missing, you need to add them to https://github.com/cncf/devstats/blob/master/scripts/kubernetes/repo_groups.sql#L253. Can you include a link to a dashboard where those repos contributions are out of date? I'll check / eventually manually refresh.
