Devstats for all carvel tools needs to be added/updated #392

devstats only includes carvel's website (http://github.com/carvel-dev/carvel) stats. Can we also capture all carvel-dev projects devstats and correct all links that are shown here: https://carvel.devstats.cncf.io/d/1/activity-repository-groups?orgId=1 Currently nothing is showing up. we are no longer in the vmware-tanzu org.

These are all the repositories associated with Carvel: https://github.com/orgs/carvel-dev/repositories

We will also be migrating the k14s repos over to carvel-dev as soon as we have the bandwidth to do so.

This is implemented, note that we track all orgs current and historical in DevStats because we use GitHub archives to get data, so data in GitHub archives is a snapshot at the given point in time (so it can have a historical org/repo name when processing old data). All config is updated to track the newest org and the dashboard linked in this issue already shows the correct data. Closing this, please reopen if there is anything else to do or if you see some issues.
