Project Health Table data does not line up [bug]

We were just looking at the project health table, and it seems like the project names and their data do not match.

Some examples:

• Strimzi shows as having 100% of its contributions from Microsoft employees, but actually receives most of its contributions from Red Hat staff.
• CNIgenie shows most contributions coming from Stacklet, who do not actually contribute to the project.

etc.

This is more than an off-by-one error, because checking the columns to left and right of the obviously wrong data doesn't fix it.

Posting this in order to investigate later.

This is fixed, I've messed this up after moving Cloud Custodian and cert-manager to Incubation - my bad. I', very sorry for the problem! cc @jberkus @LiamRandall
