Update valent-ex user name #1357

I am extremely sorry for the typo in my last PR (#1356). Fixing one user name in this commit.

Already figured out when my scripts reported Github user not found - I've figured out by noreply email, so closing this PR as I already fixed this locally and I'm about to push a new set of files.
