add affiliation for swiatekm-sumo #1370

Adding my affiliation. This account doesn't have a history of CNCF contributions other than from Sumo Logic, so I didn't add a time range - please let me know if I should do that regardless.

Would be great to have all affiliations but this is not necessary, up to you to decide - we would prefer a full list. let me know if I should merge this "as is" or if you are planning to update?
