Consider renaming repository/project #74

hugo-netlify-starter, while somewhat descriptive, is a bit unwieldy.

There have been some discussions about renaming the project, but this may be the best place to consolidate those thoughts. So if you have any suggestions feel free to post them here and discuss.

Just to get it in the thread, @celestehorgan has suggested nimbus, which I think would be a great name. (+1)

(or some suitable variant, cncf-nimbus, nimbus-starter, etc.)
