• [x] Each organizer lives within the KCD city or just outside of it. For small countries, the organizers can live within the region, but must be able to easily travel to the KCD if it were in-person.

• [x] All organizers agree to follow the event guidelines and CNCF Code of Conduct
• [x] All organizer inquiries / communication for CNCF must be summarized via GitHub (comment under your KCD issue) for easy tracking

• [x] Agree to offer at least 3 complimentary tickets to increase diversity for the event
• [ ] Share the sponsor prospectus with CNCF via your GitHub issue, and link it on your website. — We're waiting for approve from CNCF coordinators
• [x] Agree to ensure the final program schedule is diverse (e.g., not all speakers of one gender, one culture, or from 1 or 2 of the same company). Here are some tips on how to create a diverse lineup.

• Today they will send CFP to design team to make a landing page
• Publish CFP next week and market via different telegram chats of different CNCF projects
• Produced their own CFP (platform), and will leave it open for 3 months
• Will have workshops for beginners and advanced

• Team is almost done with visual conception
• Timepad will be used for registration platform

Other logistics

• Venue will change, but date will not change
• Menus under discussion for breaks
• Flant will be fiscal sponsor, and budget has been created
• A/V company is already contracted. Will record sessions and post on YouTube

• Still looking for something that can accommodate a sponsor space, have a learning track, and be central to the city (easy to get to)

Website - visual conception

• Shared in Slack channel. Audra gave feedback about K8s helm trademark usage
• Will be a technical launch with CFP this week
• Promotions will start after venue is secured
