Create a Project Roadmap #46

Creating a project roadmap will give a high-level understanding to would-be contributors of where the project is and where it is going. This should be visualized and easily digestible.

+1, perhaps we should have a "ready for contribution" milestone - WDYT?

I think that ready for contribution could be helpful as a phase within the project lifecycle. For instance, as requirements are clarified, it can move to this stage where development (execution) can begin.
