According to the CNCF AI Whitepaper , a key challenge in AI on Kubernetes is "sharing and scheduling" resources effectively. The HAMi project offers a solution to this challenge by providing flexible vGPU pooling and sharing, as well as heterogeneous accelerator virtualization. By incorporating HAMi into the CNCF AI portfolio, it will bring benefits to the community and enhance CNCF in the field of AI. As a result, I have also recommended to the sig-runtime group to include the HAMi project in the "AI" section/tab of landscape.
