@ronaldpetty, it's currently under workload observability. It makes sense if we don't introduce new categories, but asking now if we want to introduce a new category around remediation and troubleshooting?

@zanetworker good question. Maybe we can find a way to classify things like "observe", "guidance", "action"; basically does the tool just watch/collect; does it provide advice; or does is act on it. Not sure about categorical names.

I think maybe a survey is needed and see if we can find a few of each type to see what might happen.

Overall, the need for Remediation as a category is simply due to the nature of AI (I don't feel like guidance/action captures it). Troubleshooting is more of a thing we do by combining all other categories, so I feel less compelled to do one.

If we are to introduce a new category, Remediation is the right way to go.
