@nate-double-u Changes look good, I will approve in a second.

However, I am curious about the motivation for this document. Can't we simply link the HackMD doc in the repository? Who is the audience of this doc?

We do link the hack md dock. But we have more control and fuller access to the history using git.

As for who the audience is: it's folks who are interested--this is a part of our effort to work in the open. If someone makes a decision we discuss in our meeting, we should have a record of it here, so that later if we are all away folks can still see why something is the way it is.

We use hackmd as a useful tool for collaborative note taking, but this should be the official record.
