Social Card content adjustments: add presenters' names #9

Can we drop the "- CNCF Presentations" text since we only want the title? Can we also put the presenter's names on there underneath the title in smaller text? Thanks!

I have already dropped the "- CNCF Presentations" but some of the old images had been cached. I've just purged the cache so you shouldn't see them anymore.

It's not currently possible to add the presenters' names beneath the title. There is, however, a version 2 of the plugin in the works which may provide this functionality. I'll keep an eye out for that.
