Add slides for CNCJ(Cloud Native Community Japan) 0423 event #189

Add slides for CNCJ 0423 event.

We're planning to upload all of the slides used at our event to japanese folder, and then share the link of japanese folder to our event website. Event Website: https://community.cncf.io/events/details/cncf-cloud-native-community-japan-presents-cloud-native-community-japan-kubeconcai-ze-supeshiyaru/

Also can we upload presentations in Japanese to https://presentations.cncf.io/? Can we set the language to JP and tags to something like CNCJ?

@jeefy @castrojo So sorry for the sudden mention! Could you tell me if I'm uploading our slides in the right way at your convenient time please?

@ziyi-xie Heya! No worries!

You should also update https://github.com/cncf/presentations/blob/main/presentations.yaml with the presentations you're uploading. :) You can tag the language in there.

Lastly, we need the commits to be signed for DCO, so you should do a git commit --amend -s

@jeefy Thank you so much for your kind instruction! Unfortunately we didn't record the presentation at the time and just want to upload the slides... Can I still fill out https://github.com/cncf/presentations/blob/main/presentations.yaml but not the video field, and upload the slides here like https://github.com/cncf/presentations/pull/137?
