[Idea] KubeCon NA 2024 Round Table #14

An idea came up on our call today about Hill Air Force Base being within driving distance to SLC KubeCon.

It might be cool to see who we can invite down to the conference and potentially have a round table discussion.

Possible topics:

How and who do we reach out to to extend an invitation? Is this something we could potentially get some tickets issued for?

Howdy, @eddiezane! This is a great idea and I know we'd all enjoy seeing more engagement/interaction from folks in the public sector space 😄 I'm going to connect you both via email with the CNCF Events team so we can kickstart this conversation and figure out a plan.

Great initiative, will keep this in mind for KubeCon EU 2025 as well since I will not be attending NA this year.

  • We have empty seats at the table, how do we fill them with folks from the public sector?
