Feels like it is probably a bit too early for sandbox and i don't see a strong cloud native connection yet.

Agree with @dims It seems too early for sandbox application. Exisiting scope is limited and there is no roadmap info. Suggest presenting it to TAG-observability and getting TAG's feedback.

The TOC discussed your application in the TOC meeting. The decision is for you to come back re reply after completing the following: address the GPL license issue, present to TAG-observability to get their feedback, extend the project scope, get more community interest and get more active contributors to this project, add roadmap.
