Replace remaining Pardot/Gravity forms with SFMC forms

Confirm that no Pardot forms remain.

There is a pardot form when you scroll to the bottom of this page and click "I have questions". There may be others...

We have four locations where forms exist:

KubeCon Sponsorship contract request form - is a Pardot form today

End User I have a question form - is a Pardot form today

Join now I have a question form - is a Gravity form today (lives on https://www.cncf.io/about/join/)

CNCF homepage newsletter sign up - is a Gravity form today (at the very bottom)

The only form we are very concerned about performance for is the newsletter form that lives on our homepage, so we do require an optimized form for this.

Chris Abraham has the optimized code, but there is an error. See below, no resolution yet.

[x] Migrate the sponsorship contract request form - is a gravity form
[x] Migrate the Join Now page, I have a question form - is a gravity form
[ ] Migrate the Newsletter subscriber form
[x] Marijana and team - Fix the error to implement SFMC form
[ ] Chris Abraham and Megan to submit requests for all events forms. can use gravity for the client level and it submits to SFDC

We had a call with Marijana and team this week. I am going to be tracking the migration of forms to SFMC using this sheet. I'm also going to be QAing them, once I get access to SFMC. I am waiting on Marijana to get access to her JIRA board, which we'll use to track requests from her, rather than email which wasn't working. @kwussow if you have the ability to give my LFID (cjyabraham) permissions for her board, that would be great.

Hi Chris,I do not see that I have permission to do this. When you login to LF Jira, can you search for it? Taylor Waggoner might be able to give you access. The board is calledDIGITAL MARKETINGKANBAN BOARD

Chris, If you have access to LF Jira, you should be able to access her board. The link I sent previously will take you there
