[Website Translation] Chinese (zh): Update the Chinese Maturity Model to Reflect the Changes in #660 #666

In #660, the Platform Engineering Maturity Model receives some minor updates. Please reflect on them and remove the translation notes explaining that the translation has not been updated from the English version.
