This MR is a follow-up to my presentation at wg-platforms on 2024-08-27, where I introduced the PEMM Leveling Workshop I led at Red Hat.

This blog post summarizes the concept, key objectives, strategies, outcomes, and what's coming (PEMM User Personas Workshop).

I think I need to fix my DCO to be consistent with my Github profile email, not my corporate one.

I've ended up quite busy, and my publishing timeline has slipped by a few days! I'm shooting for a final revision tomorrow or Friday
