Motivation

The platforms working groups resources like the Platform Engineering Maturity Model is a great resource that should be available in more languages. For this it needs to be translated. One such translation that definitely has a lot of interest is German.

Looks like you all have the right process and understanding. I would highly suggest you pick the smallest translation and get that in + turning on German (similar to the recent one from French #761 ) and then look to extend with additional PRs for each of the other tick boxes.
