From the "I want to contribute" page on the site, let's link to additional resources to help people get started.

Link to a page of good first issues across CNCF projects (may require additional work to make that page since we don't use a common org)
Advice/guides for picking a project, such as finding the contributor ladder, and how to "join" a project and be effective.
