[Governance Review] CloudEvents #478

CloudEvents submitted a request to become a Graduated CNCF project and we were asked to have a governance review.

Any idea what the schedule is on the DD review? We want to make sure that it doesn't get held up.

@jberkus our TOC liaison (Cathy Zhang) asked to have the review results sent to her.

Yep - just got a hint of a deadline.... Cathy said she's hoping to have the DD reviewed by next week.

In progress. We're going to have a couple of cycles on this one, just because the written governance needs a lot of cleanup. It's taking me a while to doc all the locations.
