[Action] TAG ENV Meetup at KCCN NA 2023 #236

At Kubecon/CloudNativeCon NA 2023 (KCCN NA 2023) in Chicago, a few folks from the TAG ENV will attend in person. This is a good opportunity to meet. For KCCN EU 2023 we signed up for a meetup room onsite, we could do the same for KCCN NA.

[x] Organize a meetup room
[x] Define an agenda for the meetup
[x] Send comms and invite folks
