[Action] WG Comms Second Chair #431

Description

The WG Comms has recently had both chairs step down and a new chair (myself) step in. This now leaves us with an open spot which we will need filling. We need to see who might be interested and a good fit for this!

Lets use this issue to track finding someone and open a separate nomination issue when we do. Until then the other WG leads will assist with the work!

Thanks, everyone! 💚 We now have a good overview of all that would like to step into the role. To note; the WG Comms team is also looking for tech leads that are responsible for areas within the WG (subteams - it's possible to add or remove subteams). Tech leads work alongside the Chairs. The TAG in general is also looking for Tech leads. More leadership is always good. While there is just one WG Chair role, there are more ways to take leadership in the TAG, shape the TAGs future and contribute to the CNCF community. Alright, we will keep this issue this week open and then start with the nomination process. The nominations are done by either Clair or one of the TAG Chairs / TLs. Usually, this should be done by the outgoing WG Chair (everyone in a leadership role should think about succession) but this has not happened this time due to the nature of a fresh young WG group.

If anyone would also be interested in another leadership role (like a WG TL role) please let us know somewhere.

We will be closing this issue now that we have gone through the WG Chair election process. However, please still take note of Leo's post about leadership roles throughout the TAG!
