[Action] Project Archival: Kubernetes Best Practices for Sustainability

Description

Due to limited capacity and involvement in the project in addition to both of the project leads leaving the role it has been concluded to archive this project. Instead we will convert some of the existing project's GitHub issues to blog post and encourage contributors to collaborate on creating a blog post series on the topic of optimizing Kubernetes for sustainability. At some point it can be considered to combine blog posts on the topic into a whitepaper or something similar.

Outcome

Kubernetes Best Practices for Sustainability project is archived.

To-Do

• [x] Archive #tag-env-k8s-best-practices Slack channel
• [x] Remove project board and project update from the TAG ENV meeting agenda
• [x] Mark project as archived on the website, TAG ENV repo and in the respective Google drive folder
• [ ] Convert relevant issues to a blog post type
