Sure, I thought of doing that after this gets merged since this merging will make those open PRs pass the validation (without rebasing); when those are merged than I was thinking indeed of changing the various readme.md indeed. More ways to shave a yak indeed :)

The PR adds a file and folders artifacts/surveys/index.md. We changed the structure here https://github.com/cncf/tag-env-sustainability/pull/551 and here https://github.com/cncf/tag-env-sustainability/pull/554. Closing this PR.
