Thanks for setting this up! Is there a way to have the charter above the rest of the content for consistency with other groups?

Also, I just made up the name deliverables, not sure if there is a better name for the content

Yep. I can change the weight of the charter to be higher.

Deliverables is fine. We can always change it later if there is a better name that the community decides on.
