Summary

This PR reorganizes the CI-related files into a hidden directory (.ci) to improve the project's structure and maintainability. It also updates the GitHub Actions workflows to use the working-directory option.

Changes

• Moved Makefile and docker-compose.yml to the .ci directory.
• • Updated Makefile paths to reference .ci/docker-compose.yml.
• Updated the GitHub Actions workflows to set the working-directory to .ci.

Rationale

By moving CI-related files to the .ci directory and using the working-directory option, we achieve a cleaner project root directory and a more organized structure in accordance to the IA changes. This change helps in organizing the project files logically and enhances overall maintainability.

• Ran Docker Compose to ensure correct functionality with the new paths.
