• Moved the assessments directory to community/assessments for better organization.
• Fixed broken tables in the markdown files within the assessments directory.
• Corrected markdown syntax errors and ensured proper formatting.
• Updated and fixed broken links to ensure all references are accurate and functional.

Note: No individual assessment files inside assessments/projects were touched.
