Looks good to me too. We'll discuss at the F2F SWG meeting next week. @caniszczyk, any other feedback? Otherwise I'd like to merge.

Originally we created the workgroups with specific purposes in mind. I would like to go back to that pattern. The workgroups don't need to be permanent entities. I suggest that the TOC formulate concrete questions or requests for work items (whitepapers, etc.), and that the WGs deliver the results in a pre-specified timeframe (e.g., 1-2 quarters).
