Hi @chira001

I've updated README.md with

  1. ChubaoFS has changed its name to CubeFS;
  2. Both CubeFS and Longhorn have entered incubating stage.

and updated Charter.md with

  1. ChubaoFS has changed its name to CubeFS;
  2. Piraeus is in Sandbox.

@amye - I believe I counted 7 binding votes for CubeFS, has the voting concluded and had the project been officially moved to incubating?
