For example, https://clomonitor.io/projects/cncf/open-gitops

They are missing a trademark disclaimer at the bottom of their website, I'd expect @thisisobate to send a PR to fix this for the project so the score gets to 100%

In some cases opening an issue may be more appropriate -- some of these meta docs are pretty specific to the project (Roadmap, Changelog, maintainers list, etc.), but if they are completely missing, it may be helpful to then open a PR with empty template files for these.

I'd really encourage us to open a PR for the trademark disclaimer, it's super easy for us to do and important enough imho.
