Add Training "section" to backstage.io #156

We launched a new course!

https://training.linuxfoundation.org/training/introduction-to-backstage-developer-portals-made-easy-lfs142x/

https://backstage.io/community should have a section called "Training" where we can list training courses

@thisisobate can you take this?
