Thanks for the feedback @justincormack! Jamie is no longer with the company, and I am picking up this review. I need to get up to speed on it and will address the feedback soon.

Marking this as complete, annual reviews are no longer a requirement for sandbox. We'll be rolling out more efficient ways to show project health and metrics in 2024.
