Once this PR is merged in, the new Issue template forms will need to be configured in GitHub so projects may use them.

Can you please confirm the implications of this PR being merged?

Also, this PR updated the documentation to tell people to use the new issue templates, but as they are not linked in config.yml they do not show as available.
