Setup alerting to get notified when server issue occur #176

To be more proactive in catching and addressing issues like this one I will setup some alerts within New Relic to get notified about performance issues as they occur. I am also reaching out to Craig to see if there's already a best practice for this for LF sites.

We should also setup similar alerts for LFEvents.

@dankohn can we have a slack channel for alerts? Maybe #wordpress-alerts? That way key people can turn on notifications for all posts to this channel, as opposed to #wordpress-logs. And can you install the New Relic integration app into the CNCF Slack please?

wordpress-alerts has been created and the New Relic integration app has been installed.

Apdex alerts are now sending email to me and dropping a message in the #wordpress-alerts channel for violations on the cncf.io, lfasiallc and lfevents sites.
