Events We're At homepage images #181

Can we get an image for the homepage for Promcon?

And also one for Kubernetes Forum Tokyo 2020.

I think all upcoming events should be required to have a homepage image so that when they appear on the homepage they don't show up with a blank square.

@cjyabraham Sure! I already had sent the banners for PromCon, but here they are again: promcon_square promcon_wide
