Update banner on Events We'll Be At page #70

Update the banner to this image. Preferably with no filter. If you need other sizes of this image, check the CNCF Flicker account. And please crop out the people on the left and the chair on the right. 45446325655_4fffa6001b_o

Hey @KimMcMahon i'm sending attached two examples. The main issue with not using filters on an image is that if the image isn't dark enough it won't allow readability on the title "Events We'll Be At" that is applied over it on html. So i've also made a version with filter and the title applied for you to check.
